On May 26^th  and May 27^th , 2022, a Memorial took place for the notable scholar, consultant and advisor of The Blueroom Project, Rafael Alberto Pérez, in which experts from both sides of the Atlantic summarized the contributions that the New Strategic Theory (NTE), created by Rafael, has left in the academic and professional world in recent years, as well as different cases of practical applications, without leaving aside the emotional and endearing memories of the author and the person. The tribute continues in the form of a new electronic book, which will be available soon on the website of La Razón y La Palabra and also on the current and future work of his collaborators, disciples and friends.
