At The Blueroom Project, we continue to drive the visibility of high-quality destinations that are committed to a solid, long-term strategy in the Spanish market. In recent months, we have supported our client Oman in the organization and management of the visit of its MICE and Leisure delegations, which traveled separately with specific agendas and well-defined objectives looking ahead to 2026.

On the one hand, Oman’s MICE delegation carried out an intensive working agenda in Madrid and Barcelona, focused on direct engagement with specialized agencies in the sector. In addition, two exclusive BluAgora events were organized for MICE professionals in both cities, featuring roundtable discussions where trends, training needs, and expectations for the upcoming cycle were shared. In total, more than 170 industry professionals took part in these meetings, which helped reinforce Oman’s positioning as a MICE destination in Spain.

On the other hand, the Leisure delegation met with groups of tour operators and travel agencies with the aim of raising awareness, generating synergies, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration. These meetings made it possible to begin working jointly on how to present the destination to the Spanish traveler through the professional channel, laying the groundwork for future initiatives in 2026.

As part of this visit, The Blueroom Project also created an exclusive event at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz in Madrid, designed to bring the destination of Oman closer to the media, lifestyle and cultural profiles, as well as strategic partners, further strengthening its presence and visibility in the market.
