With 207,710 trips, representing an 11.09% increase compared to the previous record set in 2019, tourism from Southern Europe to Thailand has seen unprecedented growth.
This achievement highlights the rising interest of the Spanish market in Thailand as a premier travel destination. Beyond the increase in visitor numbers, Spanish tourists have extended their stays and significantly increased their spending, resulting in a 32.13% growth in tourism revenue compared to 2019. This remarkable performance underscores the enduring appeal of Thailand’s cultural and natural treasures.
