The Royal Embassy of Thailand organized an event to enjoy Thai cuisine, traditional dances and a fashion show with silk as the protagonist, with distinguished guests and the press representatives. The Blueroom Project, Tourism Representative of Thailand in Spain, was in charge of presenting the country as a tourist destination. In addition, since last October 1, international travellers traveling to Thailand no longer have to present proof of vaccination or antigen test results, and a longer duration of stay is possible, which implies the completion of the full reopening of the country to international tourism.
Until March 31, 2023, the lenght of stay in Thailand will be extended to 45 days (from 30 days) for tourists from countries/territories eligible for visa exemption, and to 30 days (from 15 days) for those who are entitled to a visa on arrival (VOA).
