Last week, The Blueroom Project took part in the webinar “Communicating Today in Tourism: Contributions of the New Strategic Theory (NTE) for New Generations”, organised by FISEC, CINTE, CinTurs | Research Centre for Tourism, Sustainability and Well-being, and the University of the Algarve.
Our Founder and CEO, Alejandro Pérez-Ferrant, presented the #BeingBlueroom methodology and joined leading professionals from the tourism sector in a conversation filled with valuable reflections, perspectives, and insights on the current challenges of communication in tourism.
We would also like to highlight the influence of the legacy of Rafael Alberto Pérez, father of the “New Strategic Theory”, whose vision was strongly present throughout the discussion. Rafael —who, among many other roles, served as an adviser to Blueroom in its early years— contributed a unique strategic perspective to the field of communication. His work has left a lasting mark on both academia and professional practice and continues to inspire our way of working every day.
