Costa Rica is one of the few countries in the world that is completely open and requires neither PCR negative nor quarantine for passengers, whether domestic or international, entering the country by air. Taking advantage of this circumstance, last November 18-27, a group of travel agents and tour operators were invited to a fam trip organized by the ICT (Costa Rican Tourism Board) and accompanied by The Blueroom Project to show the destination and its safety for travel. The group was able to cross the country from end to end, from Caribbean to Pacific, with a visit to Tortuguero National Park, known as the “Amazon of Costa Rica” and the second largest wetland in the country, Arenal Volcano National Park, where one of the five active volcanoes of Costa Rica is located and Manuel Antonio National Park, in addition to visiting other destinations during the tour such as La Fortuna, Santa Elena or the Monteverde area. The representatives of the national tourism sector also made different hotel inspections such as Aninga Lodge, Pachira Lodge or Tabacón Resort.
