Successful Representation in Spain since 2017 with constant growth

CHALLENGE

Continuing with the growth by improving and enhancing distribution in order to a better promotion of tourism business throughout the country. Increasing quality of the conversion touch points with a deeper knowledge for better sales. Increasing awareness of the destination in the Spanish market.

SOLUTION

The Blueroom Project, as representatives in Spain of South African Tourism Office, is in charge of implementing the strategy in the market, working on the promotion of the destination with different projects focused on the main activities requested by travel agents, such as training, and obtaining a greater impact of the destination among the main media.

After a deep analysis of the market and in collaboration with Italy and France, the agency has developed several innovative activities targeting travel trade, media and consumers.

RESULTS

Constant growth of Spanish arrivals to South Africa. Increasing by 10.2 % in 2017 against 2016, by 4.5 % in 2018 against 2017 and an increase of almost 1% from January to November 2019 (against the same period 2018).
