On September 26 and 27, Madrid became a little corner of Thailand with the celebration of Amazing Thailand Fest 2026, a food and cultural festival organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), which The Blueroom Project represents in Spain, with the special collaboration of Viajes El Corte Ingl\u00e9s. The event took place at El Corte Ingl\u00e9s Sanchinarro and brought together around 1,200 people over the course of the weekend. <\/p>\n\n

The opening ceremony, held on Saturday, September 26 at 12:00 noon, was attended by prominent institutional figures, including His Excellency the Ambassador of Thailand to Spain, Mr. Cheevindh Nathalang, as well as senior executives from El Corte Ingl\u00e9s and from the Tourism Authority of Thailand for the whole of Southern Europe. <\/p>\n\n

The weekend program revolved around the idea of holistic well-being, featuring Thai food tastings, cultural performances, bracelet and aroma workshops, and self-massage sessions. There were also live cooking workshops led by Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe, founder and Global Culinary Ambassador of Blue Elephant, as well as by Madrid restaurants holding the Thai Select seal. <\/p>\n\n

The festival is therefore part of TAT’s strategy for 2027, “The Year of Transformation,” which focuses on quality, added value, and Well-being Tourism. Through initiatives like this, at The Blueroom Project we aim to bring Thai culture closer to the Spanish public through real experiences that help them connect with the destination. <\/p>\n\n
