Millions of people across the country are preparing to celebrate this traditional holiday that pays homage to <em>Mae Khongkha<\/em>, the Hindu goddess of waters. Although the celebrations begin a few days before, this annual event will be celebrated on November, 28 in the Land of Smiles.
