For example, the village of Sant Carles de Peralta has two important events: on the one hand, on October, 28 it will celebrate the VII edition of the Squid Gastronomic Fair, organized by the Fishermen\u2019s Guild of Ibiza and Formentera, with entertainment and tasty bites around the mollusk. On the other hand, its patronal and saint festivities, which revive ancient rites and customs with celebrations, dances, parades, open-air concerts, sports events and gastronomy that serve to show the most authentic Ibiza in the month of November.
